Refund Policy for Zupain:
Users can cancel their subscription at any time by sending an email to support@zupain.com.
If the cancellation request is received after the onboarding date but within one month, the subscription amount will be refunded within 3 to 5 working days.
If the cancellation request is received after one month of onboarding, our support team will get in touch with the user to understand the issue and process the refund based on feedback within 3 to 5 working days.
Zupain reserves the right to deny a refund request in case of violation of our terms and conditions.
In case of any dispute, Zupain’s decision on the refund will be final.
Note: The refund will be processed to the original mode of payment used during the subscription.
