Zupain Refund Policy

At Zupain, we are committed to providing our customers with a flexible and understanding approach to subscription cancellations and refunds. Below is the detailed refund policy designed to ensure transparency and fairness.

Subscription Cancellation:

- Users are free to cancel their subscription at any time by sending an email to support@zupain.com.

Refund Eligibility:

- Within One Month: If the cancellation request is received after the onboarding date but within one month, the full subscription amount will be refunded, and any payment gateway charges incurred will be revoked. The refund will be processed within 3 to 5 working days.

- After One Month: If the cancellation request is received after one month of onboarding, our support team will reach out to the user to understand the issue. A refund will be processed based on the feedback received within 3 to 5 working days.

Additional Conditions:

- Discounts and Payment Charges: In the event of a subscription cancellation mid-billing cycle, any discounts provided at the time of invoicing will be nullified. Additionally, payment processing charges will be recovered except in cases where cancellation occurs within one month, wherein such charges will be revoked.

- Pro-Rated Refunds:The total refund amount will be adjusted based on the actual usage, with deductions applied for the number of days the service was utilized.

Terms and Conditions:

- Zupain reserves the right to deny a refund request in cases where there has been a violation of our terms and conditions.

- Zupain's decision on refunds will be final in case of any disputes.

Refund Method

- Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment used during the subscription.
