How to add categories and subcategories?

Categories:

Go to the menu bar and click Categories. You will see a screen like the image shown below. Click add categories

Enter all the details in the mandatory field. An example is shown below. In the Category section, write a category name you want your product to categorize into.  If you want to divide your categories where you can precisely place your product, give a subcategory name under the sub-category section.

In SEO, give all the details so that your customer can search for the product and it can easily localize it. In the page title section give the name of your subcategory or product. Give a Description of your category in the meta description section and click save. This will optimize the search of categories.

Sub-categories:

You can add any number of sub-categories for a single category. To add a new subcategory, click Add sub-category

You will see a window as shown below. In categories, you can see already added categories as a drop-down. Click the category you want to add your new sub-category. Enter new sub category.
